What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 7 days from departure date; less admiration fee.  Full payment is due within 48 hours. We understand that things happen; we will gladly reschedule. If you MUST cancel with less than 48 hours notice   the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation is less than 24 hours full payment is non-refundable.

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

If the Captain determines the weather is unsafe the itinerary may be changed; the trip rescheduled or refunded.  Depending on circumstances.

How many people can the boat accommodate?

Smile Lines is limited to 6 guests.  However, Capt. Paul has a Master License with access to a 70 foot and 35 foot yacht.  If you have more than 6 in your party please contact us in advance to arrange a different vessel.  Prices will vary.

Is gratuity included?

No. We strive to have affordable charter prices.  Your crew works hard to provide you with safe, memorable and enjoyable experiences!  Gratuities are always very much appreciated!

Is there a bathroom?

Absolutely! A full private head comes standard.

Can we fish?

We are not fishermen.  However, if you have a valid fishing license and bring your own equipment we can try to accommodate you.  Click here for a real fishing Captain.
